Kuiper, Colorado Slale Engineer, and Mr. Robert Jesse, Division
Engineer were notified of this action and.the administration of decreed
water rights for Colorado would begin August 25, 1977, unless a change
of conditions justified cancellation or modification of this notice. The
reservoir became empty at s:oo P.M. August 26, 1977.

A special telephonic meeting was held April 12, 1977 in accordance
with Article V-f of the Compact for the purpose of declaring that the
reservoir would become empty April 15, l!m. Mr. C. J. Kuiper,
Cotorado State Engineer, and Mr. Robert Jesse, Division Engineer
were notified of this action and the administration of decreed water
rights for Colorado woutd commence on Aprit IS, 1977, unless a change
of conditions justified cancellation or modification of this notice. The
reservoir became empty at 6:00 A.M., Aprit IS, 1977.
