<br />Meetings of the Subcommittee were held on March 12, 1968 at
<br />Bismarck, North Dakota, to establish the format and the preparation
<br />schedule for the Annual Programming Report and on June 26, 1968,
<br />at Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming, to consider a draft of the
<br />fiscal year 1968 Annual Programming Report. The fiscal year 1967
<br />Annual Progress Report was prepared by the secretaries for fiscal
<br />years 1967 and 1968 and reviewed by the Subcommittee.

<br />STANDING COMMITTEE ON COMPREHENSIVE BASIN PLANNING
<br />
<br />The Standing Committee has completed the fourth year of the Frame-
<br />work Study as assigned to the Committee when it was established by
<br />the Missouri Basin Inter-Agency Committee in June 1964. The ten
<br />Basin States, whOlly or partly within the Missouri Basin, and the
<br />seven Federal Departments represented on the Inter-Agency Committee
<br />are also members of the Standing Committee.
