I <br />{I:f~):ii~., : <br />Fb/'\;:[ <br />~~fl?t7I' <br /> <br />'0'.","....1 <br /> <br />And the Standing Committee on Comprehensive Basin Planning was <br />created to conduct the Type I Comprehensive Study of water and <br />related land resources. This Committee conducted its activity <br />during fiscal year 1968 and will be active until the study is <br />completed. <br /> <br />In addition to the aforementioned subcommittees, the Committee, <br />as the occasion demands, establishes ad hoc subcommittees. There <br />were no special problems during the fiscal year that required the <br />appointment of an ad hoc subcommittee. <br /> <br />The activities and membership of the subcommittees are outlined <br />as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SUBCOMMITTEE <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />Membership of the Executive Subcommittee of the Missouri Basin <br />Inter-Agency Committee consists of a representative of four of <br />the seven Federal agencies and three from the ten Basin States <br />on the Committee, plus a State representative from the States in <br />which the next two meetings will be held. The regular membership <br />for fiscal year 1968 was as follows: <br /> <br />Lenard B. Young <br />Gale H. Chapman <br />Dan S. Jones, Jr. <br />James Schul:!. <br /> <br />Department of the Interior <br />Department of the Army <br />Department of Agriculture <br />Department of Health, Education <br />and Welfare <br />Federal Power Commission <br />State of Minnesota <br />State of Nebraska <br />State of l~orth Dakota <br /> <br />{. ~ .' Fisk <br />Aleck Alexander <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />Meetings of the Subcommittee were held prior to each Missouri Basin <br />Inter-Agency Committee meeting. The Subcommittee shceduled and <br />prepared agenda for future meetings.
