<br />nance of the Narrows Dam and Reservoir. A reservoir superintendent

<br />custodian. He ',,"ould receive operdt.ing instructions from the project
<br />headquarters in Loveland, Colo, In addition to operating the facilities,
<br />tbe reservoir superintendent \\..ouId service mst,aBed equipment.,

<br />logical information, mamtain tbe buildings and grounds at the reser-

<br />purposes, an annual operating plan would be prepared at t.he hegin-
<br />ning of each operating yenr. The plan would out.line the operdtiuns
<br />{or the oncoming year, based on three conditions-of waLer supply;
<br />(1) ll. reasonable maximum, (2) I\. reasonuble minimum, and (3) the
<br />most probable, PeriodiClllly t.hroughOllt the runoff season, t.he plan
