Demand below South Fork: from Column 17 of the U.S.B.R. "White River <br /> <br />Operation Study". This demand was computed by accounting for diversions, <br /> <br />returns and accretions between the "below Meeker gage" and the below the <br /> <br />South Fork of the White River. The demand below the "Below Meeker Gage" <br /> <br />was determined by the Bureau of Reclamation as being the demand between <br /> <br />Lower Powell Park and Piceance Creek. and was found to be a maximum of 25 c.f.s. <br /> <br />The ditches that are active in that section of the river are as follows: <br /> <br />Innes & Reynolds <br /> <br />16.90 c.f.s. <br /> <br />E.
