Then <br /> <br />we would prepare cost estimates. A~ location gurveya are completed, <br /> <br />right-of-way requirements would be delineated. A reevaluation of the <br /> <br />econo=ie analysis will follow to evallmte the project benefits-and the <br /> <br />overall benefit cost ratio.
