Will use Jessup Haney Ditch if it comes into priority. <br /> <br />Trout Lake-Supply 12 AF as per the existing previously <br />executed agreement. <br /> <br />Blanca Wildlife Habitat Area(BLM)-Supply 200 AF to serve as <br />substitute water or as an "interim augmentation plan" so BLM can <br />operate post 1979 wells, thus maintaining 1200 acres of wetland <br />is being considered and will be determined by April 15, 1990 <br /> <br />Permanent Conservation Pools <br /> <br />The following reservoirs have established conservation <br />pools by prior purchase for the water volumes shown and require <br />no annual water delivery: <br />Mountain Home Reservoir with 653 AF <br />Smith Reservoir with 810 AF <br />Sanchez Reservoir with 1797 AF <br />Terrace Reservoir with 1500 AF <br /> <br />site specific Locations and Uses <br /> <br />The following water appropriations are limited to site <br />specific locations and uses: <br /> <br />Run appropriation of 6CFS Empire Canal to Rio Grande SWA <br />Strategy includes nesting habitat maintenance and development. <br /> <br />Run appropriation of Lariat Ditch (Vet Lease, 22 shares) to <br />Homelake, RGSWA, for habitat, waterfowl nesting habitat and cool <br />water lake fishery. <br /> <br />Run appropriation of Lariat Ditch, DOW (8 shares) to RGSWA. <br />Strategy includes nesting habitat maintenance and development. <br /> <br />Run appropriation of Jessup Haney to Coller SWA (1.72 CFS) to <br />develop and maintain big game winter habitat if in priority. <br /> <br />Exchange Centennial Ditch shares for Empire Canal shares for use <br />on Rio Grande SWA/Monte Vista Refuge for waterfowl nesting, <br />habitat maintenance and development. These exchanges are by <br />agreement and will be initiated by either individual owners or <br />the DOW. <br />
