<br />Table 2 lists sites which had standing water during May 1993 (when
<br />flows were 18,2kcfs at Jensen and 23.9kcfs at Green River) that are
<br />either private or Tribal lands, In some cases. standing water may
<br />have been caused by "subbing" as opposed to flooding, Some of the
<br />sites may have levees which could not be detected on the 35mm aerial
<br />photos, With the exception of Escalante, which is known to have
<br />contaminants problems, owners of these sites will be contacted to
<br />see if they would be interested in some form of agreement,
<br />
