The <br />results of this exchanMe of information <br />are used in preparation of a draft <br />environmental statement which is filed <br />with the Council on Environmental <br />Quality and circulated to interested <br />organizations. In Fiscal Year 1972 <br />environmental statmnents were drafted <br />and circulated for review on China <br /> <br />plants needed more complete study. <br />Twelve groups were organized into the <br />Southwest Energy Study.
