Consideratian was <br /> <br />. ta be given ta alternative methads ,.of meeting livestack needs, in- <br /> <br />cluding development .of runaff areas, wells, springs, and ather m",thads <br /> <br />, apprapriate far any particular lacality. ' Suggestians far improving the <br /> <br />unifarmity .of State requirements far stackpand filings and their <br /> <br />canstructian were alsa requested. <br /> <br />It is recagnized that the infarmatian in this first repart may nat <br /> <br />be camplete and fully accurate. With experience, refinements will be <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />desirable and, in same cases, necessary.
