<br />s1mll he made which will reduce the remaining aggregllte streani-
<br />flows to less than either of the following minimum standiirds:
<br />(i) The Fryingpan colleetion system at the points of di-
<br />versIOn collectively, exclusive of Lime Creek: 15 e.f.g. October
<br />1 tlu'ough March 31; 30 c.f.s. April 1 t.hrough September 30.
<br />(ii) Near Norrie (immediately below tJlejunetmn of North
<br />Fork and Fryingpan River): 30 c.f.s. October l.through
<br />March a1; 100 c,f.s. April 1 through April 30; 150 c.f.s. 1\by
<br />1 through May al; 200 c.f.s. June 1 through .JlUle ao; 100
<br />c.f.s, July 1 thl'OlIgh July 31; 75 e,f.s. AlIgust 1 through
<br />August 31; 65 c,f.s. September 1 through September 30.
<br />In mu.intuining the ubo,"e minimmn st.andards, the rprojcct di-
<br />versions shall be 1'C~Ilated, sQ.,far as.is practic!lble, in such .ll mall-
<br />ner that the North York of the FrYlIlgpan Rn'er, the FrY11lgpan
<br />River, and each of the tributaries of t.hase st.rea.ms, shn.Il contribute
<br />to I.he residual stre,,,nflows required by those minillllUll standards
<br />quantit.ies of water in propOltion to their natural contributions.
<br />(b) For stomge in RlIedi Resen'oir to the extent of its actlla.I
<br />eapaeity, which is contemplated to be not less than 100,000 aere-
<br />feet.
<br />(c) For 3,000 acre-feet annuallv, to the extent that. it is avail-
<br />able in excess of (a) and (b) abo,'c, or such part, t.hereof as may
<br />be required, to be delivered to the Twin Lltkes Reservoir & Cana.!
<br />Co. in exchange for equivalent releases from the headwaters of the
<br />Roaring Fork River which would otherwise be diverted t.hrough
<br />sllch Twin Lakes Reseryoir & Canal Co. collect.ion and diversion
<br />sY!:It.em.
<br />(d) For ltny other beneficial use in western Colorado in ae-
<br />cordn-nee with court decree, but not herein contemplated.
<br />(2) The effectuation of the abo\'e principles requires concur-
<br />rent Fryingpan-Arkansas project diversion and Ruedi Reservoir
<br />storage to 'be aceom/'lished in the mltnner following: The State
<br />engineer annually S lall eollect pertinent datlt, inclnding infor-
<br />ma.t.ion pertnininrr to snowpack and all ot.her availa.ble evidence.
<br />and shall thereafter so divide and apportion the surface runoff
<br />as t-o a.chieve, as nearly us possible, the foregoing division of
<br />water and the maximum of concurrent diverSIOns nnd storage.
<br />The di\'ersions herein eontemplat.ed shall be on the basis of "
