The purpose of this activity is to continue obtaining instream flow protection for the
endangered fishes of the Upper Colorado River Basin, It entails detailed coordination
between Recovery Program agencies as well as other interested parties, water users and
environmental interests, All protection is done under Colorado's instream flow
regulations, Coordination between Recovery Program agencies and interested parties
during several meetings was maintained to continue discussions and negotiations on the
CWCB instream flow filings regarding the 15 Mile Reach Strategy activities and the
change in the FWS's position of support for these filings, This has required numerous
