Base O&M includes the labor, <br />materials, equipment, and supplies required for thorough and timely <br />O&M. <br /> <br />Additional O&M <br /> <br />Additional O&M is the operation and maintenance costs that exceed <br />base O&M costs incurred in the thorough and timely operation and <br />maintenance of the improved lateral system. <br /> <br />Replacement <br /> <br />Replacement is a major modification or reconstruction of a completed <br />lateral system, or portion of, which is necessitated, through no <br />fault of GVre, by design or construction inadequaeies or by normal <br />limits on the useful life of the system. <br /> <br />2 <br />
