<br />.- <br />~ <br />0; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />cr. <br /> <br />(2) Design Data Collection <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />C:::1 <br /> <br />Reclamation proposes to collect design data for each lateral <br /> <br />group using the following steps: <br /> <br />(a) A field inventory will be conducted of all 100 percent <br /> <br />participating laterals within the <br /> <br />lateral group. <br /> <br />Inventory would consist of determining if the lateral <br /> <br />qualifies <br /> <br />for participation, mapping the lateral <br /> <br />system, <br /> <br />and documenting the existing conditions. <br /> <br />Required lateral capacities and system demands will <br /> <br />be calculated as a result of the field work. <br /> <br />(b) When all the inventory information has been compiled, <br /> <br />Reclamation and the GYIC will meet with each individual <br /> <br />landowner to discuss and agree to proposed alignments, <br /> <br />delivery point(s), and delivery flow. <br /> <br />(c) Reclamation will locate and document the proposed <br /> <br />alignment easements, delivery points, and special <br /> <br />features. <br /> <br />Reclamation will define requirements for <br /> <br />construction easements that may be important in the <br /> <br />system design and construction. <br /> <br />Permanent easement <br /> <br />requirements <br /> <br />will <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />specified <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />GYIC <br /> <br />after <br /> <br />consultation with Reclamation and property owners. <br /> <br />10 <br />
