The statements for the North Side <br /> <br />Collection System and the general Fryingpan-Arkansas Project are cur- <br /> <br />rently being prepared. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />This statement will treat Twin Lakes Dam and Reservoir Enlargement and <br /> <br />Mt. Elbert Forebay in detail and will supplement the general Project <br /> <br />Impact Statement. <br /> <br />Twin Lakes Dam and Reservoir Enlargement and Mt. Elbert Forebay. are <br /> <br />major east slope features of the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project which was <br /> <br />authorized under Public Law 87-590. and approved by the President on <br /> <br />August 16. 1962. Documentation is contained in House Document No. <br /> <br />187. 83rd Congress. 1st.
