The demonstration by the applicant must <br /> <br />include information on the following factors <br /> <br />relating to the potential discharge: <br />(1) Description oE the proposed new con- <br /> <br />struction. <br /> <br />(2) Description of the quantity and <br />salinity of the water supply. <br /> <br />(3) Description of water rights, including <br /> <br />diversions and consumptive use <br /> <br />eliminate salt discharge. <br /> <br />Alternative <br /> <br /> <br />quantities. <br /> <br />(4) A.lternative plans that could reduce or <br /> <br />plans shall include: <br /> <br />(a) Description of alternative water <br /> <br />supplies, including provisions for <br /> <br />water reuse, iE any. <br /> <br />(b) Description of quantity and <br /> <br />quality of proposed discharge. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
