Req, 20550. <br />-" ~- -- <br />Aug. 1, 1973\ be implemented on an interim basis, no later <br />than september 15. pending formal revision of individual <br />agency ~~PA procedures: <br /> <br />1. Agencies should maintain lists of their impact <br />statements under preparation. and their deter- <br />minations that certain specific proposed actions <br />do not require the preparation of an impact <br />statement. Guideline Sl500,6(e) <br /> <br />2, The minimum period for review of draft statements <br />should be lengthened from 30 days to 45 days. The <br />length of the review period should be calcula~ed <br />from the date of publication in the Federal R2~ister <br />of the Council's listing notifying the public of <br />issuance of the impact statement.
