Req, 20550. <br />-" ~- -- <br />Aug. 1, 1973\ be implemented on an interim basis, no later <br />than september 15. pending formal revision of individual <br />agency ~~PA procedures: <br /> <br />1. Agencies should maintain lists of their impact <br />statements under preparation. and their deter- <br />minations that certain specific proposed actions <br />do not require the preparation of an impact <br />statement. Guideline Sl500,6(e) <br /> <br />2, The minimum period for review of draft statements <br />should be lengthened from 30 days to 45 days. The <br />length of the review period should be calcula~ed <br />from the date of publication in the Federal R2~ister <br />of the Council's listing notifying the public of <br />issuance of the impact statement. Guidelines <br />~~1500. 9 (f\ and 1500.11 (c) <br /> <br />3. Agencies should endeavor to provide impact state- <br />ment materials free of charge, to the fullest <br />extent practicable. or at a fee \~hich is not more <br />than the agency's actual reproduction costs. <br />Guideline S1500.9(d) <br /> <br />4, A copy of the final impact statement for a <br />proposed action should be sent to all parties <br />who filed substantive comments on the corresponding <br />draft statement, Guideline S1500,lO(b) <br /> <br />.~ <br />~~~ <br /> <br />. c .,..... <br /> <br />
