Agencies should consider <br />the magnitude and complexity of the statement <br />and the extent of citizen interest in the <br />proposed action in deciding on an appropriate <br />comment period for a particular statement, <br />Guideline ~1500,9(f) <br /> <br />11. The minimum period for review of an impdct <br />statement is calculated from the date of publication <br />in the Fede:cal R8qi,?.!:...eJ., of the Council's listing <br />notifying the public or issuance of the impact <br />statement.
