In fact. it would be desirable for the State and tht' <br />Arkansas-White-Red (AWR) Regional Sponsor to ('xj,rcHH tilt'll' <br />'position on those portions of the National Water Commission's <br />(NWC) Final Report having significant impacts on Texas. The <br />'following realistic guidance given on pages 10 and 11 of the said <br />Final Report is worthy of very careful consideration: <br /> <br />" Projections of the First National AsscRsnH'nt" arC' <br />based 'largcly on extensions of past trends. which may <br />not continue, especially if the Nation adopts policies <br />'recommended in this report.
