Spiller of the Fish and Wildlife Service <br /> <br />and the attached draft of the "Conservation Measures, Glen <br /> <br />Canyon Dam Biological Opinion" dated June 1, 1989. These <br /> <br />seven conservation measures are being proposed by the Bureau <br /> <br />of Reclamation and the Fish and Wildlife Service as part <br /> <br />of the Section 7 biological opinion under the Endangered <br /> <br />Spedes Act. <br /> <br />Please provide me your comments as soon as possible. I <br /> <br />have been told that the biological team is planning to meet <br /> <br />about July 17th to further discuss these measures. <br />
