With respect to th" Joint-Use Reservoir & <br />'-'reen Mountitin I::xchanqe Projects - Sunun.-"ry Report (the "Report") <br />I"-"I'..r"d by lIoyl" I::/"line"ring Corporation for the Colorado Water <br />I<"sources and Power Development Authority dated AUgust, 1986. <br /> <br />The District has two major Concerns with the information <br />sllppliert in the Report. These concerns can be summarized as: <br /> <br />A. In Subsection 2.2 "River Operation" beginning on page <br />2-3 of the Report, the demand on the Colorado River for the <br />Grand Valley is stated to be 1650 c.f.s. during the summer. <br />The Di" trict does not agree that 1'650 c. r. s. will meet tha <br />deman<l of the Grand Valley for reasons explained below. <br /> <br />O.
