<br />R. 5 E.. on right bank, 20 ft downstream from county highway bridge, 5 miles upstream
<br />from Pinos Creek, and 6 miles west of Del NOTte. Datum of gage is 7,980.25 it above
<br />mean sea level, datum of 1929. Prior to May 16, 1908, staff gage at site 4 miles down-
<br />stream. Records are equivalent.

<br />Avera,ge dischar~e.--8S years (1890-1974),901 cis (652,800 acre-it per year).
<br />Extremes.--1889-1974: Maximum discharge, 18,000 cis Oct. 5, 1911 (gage height, 6.80 it),
<br />from rating curve extended above 6,000 cis; minimum daily, 69 cis Aug. 21, 1902.
<br />Remarks.~-Records excellent except for some winter months, which are fair. Flow regulated by
<br />tour reservoirs, total capacity 126,100 acre-ft, and by several smaller ones. Six
<br />transmountain diversions import water into basin above station.
