MR. COnK: Dave, Irrl0ation blocks have more reference to

<] the repayment responsihi]ity for a given segment of an

10 irrigation part of D project and has to do with the timing in

11 which illl of the ff1cilities would be available so that all of

]2 thll wiltllr supply is available ilnd delivery facilities available

11 to deliver irrigation water to some common seqment within a

14 project, and for instance, multiplicity projects by the

15 Bonneville unit has self irrigation segments which the

lr. repayment stilrts ilt different times,

17 features, but they are separated out so that the repayment

]R responsibilities vary, and do not come on line until all

19 facilities thi'lt make that Wi'lter available to the irrigator can

I think you'll find tbat in a good deal of the

22 participating projects, the use of irrigation blocks in the

23 repayment schedule, rather than all irrigation being scheduled

24 at one time, 2nd thBt is diffllrent than separable features.
