<br />Because Colorado has concluded from the mass analyses <br />that there are no postcompact depletions to further investi- <br />gate, with the possible exception of tributary inflow from <br />the eastern plains, it follows that Colorado sees no utility <br />in an~ other respect to a continued, bilateral investigatory <br />effort pursuant to Article VIII (H).
