Throughout the duration of a <br />project, work is under the direct charge of a principal of ECI who is empowered to act <br />in its behalf. <br /> <br />The range of services available to clients was expanded greatly when ECI <br />joined Planning Research Corporation (PRe) in Noy 1971. PRC is one of the largest <br />professional service corporations in the world and operates from over 130 offices in 30 <br />countries and through its other subsidiary companies PRC offel'1 a wide range of pro- <br />fessional services in four broad fields of activities: (1) Planning and Engineering; <br />(2) Nonagement Consulting; (3) Information Sciences, Systems Analysis and <br />Economics; and (4) Environmentol Sciences. <br /> <br />As a subsidiary of PRe, ECI adds experience and expertise in development of <br />water and land resources to the pool af skills within the PRC group.
