<br />';: .. <br /> <br />r.:::> <br />~J <br />.r:.- <br />CD <br /> <br />(Q) Permiti means a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System permit or other Tribal or Federal water quality <br />permit. <br /> <br />(R) Priority Toxic Pollutants are those listed by the EPA <br />Administrator under CWA ~ 307(a). <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />(S) primar~ Contact Recreation means swimming and or other <br />activities that potentially involve total body immersion <br />and/or' incidental water exposure, such as rafting, wind <br />surfing, canoeing, tubing, kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling <br />and water skiing. <br /> <br />(T) Salinity is Total Dissolved Solids. <br /> <br />(U) Secondary Contact Recreation means wading and other similar <br />water tecreational activities. <br /> <br />(V) Total recoverable metals is the concentration of metals in an <br />unfiltered water sample. <br /> <br />(W) Toxics are those pollutants that have a toxic effect on <br />livingiorganisms.
