An equal number of sites could be <br /> <br />selected in Grand Valley and the Uinta Basin units. In the Uinta Basin, Level 2 <br /> <br />would represent a sample of little over 5 percent of the total LTA's In Grand <br /> <br />Valley, Level 2 would represent about a 10 percent site sample of the individual <br /> <br />applications served during the last three years. <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br />- :.. <br />
