5PECIAL TELEPHONIC MEETING August 9, 1971 A special telephonic meetfng was held on August 9, 1971, in accordance with Article Y.F of the Compoct for the purpose of declaring the reservoir to become empty. It was declared that the reservoir would become empty on August 1,1971. Mr. C. J. Kuiper, Colorado State Engineer, and Mr. Rudy Styduhar, Division Engineer, were notified of this action and that administration of decreed water rights for Colorado would commence on August 9 unless a change of conditions Justified cancellation or modification of this notice. The reservoir became empty <It 1600 MDT on August 9, 1971.
