Thre release <br />pattern is currenly a "single hump" pattern, whereby releases <br />increase gradually throughout the day and then are reduced again <br />at night. This release pattern is being constrained by flows at <br />Jensen, whereby instantaneous flows at Jensen do deviate not more <br />than 12.5 percent above or 12.5 percent below the daily average <br />flow on the Green River at Jensen. Releases may go outside of <br />these guidelines, if emergency or severe power marking <br />circumstances exist. Intantaneous releases will generally be <br />between 1400 cfs and 2700 cfs. Ramping will generally occur at <br />rates not greater than 25 MW (800 cfs) per hour. <br /> <br />Releases will generally stay as stated above until sometime in <br />mid January when an icing study in the Green River below Flaming <br />Gorge will commence. At this time there will be a period (one to <br />two weeks) of steady releases (no hour to hour <br />flucutations)f9110wed by a short period of releases with <br />significant hour to hour fluctuations.
