<br />. <br />. <br /> <br />-22- <br />CAPACITY TABLES AND TRANSIT LOSSES <br />We recommend that the State Engineer's office institute a <br />program for re-surveying the capacity tables of reservoirs in the <br />lower part of Irrigation Division No.1, and that new studies be <br />instituted of tho conveyance losses which should be charged on <br />various kinds of reservoir releases and exchanges. We further <br />recommend that the measuring devices for all OI the ditch head- <br />gates be carefully re-rated.
