<br />" <br /> <br />2801 <br /> <br />Chapter 3: Environment and Environmental <br />Consequences <br /> <br />Chapter 3 describes hydrology, recreation, threatened and endangered wildlife and plants, cultural <br />resources, and noxious weeds within the project area. These are the resources that could be affected <br />by the Preferred Alternative, This description is followed by an analysis of the effects of the <br />alternatives (explained in Chapter 2).
