The Fish and Wildlife Service and Colorado Division <br />of Wildlife actively participated in the environmental evaluation <br />studies, and the National Park Service submitted preliminary recreation <br />plans for the Crescent and Coal Creek sites. The Corps of Engineers <br />cooperated with the Soil Conservation Service in flood control studies. <br />Reclamation worked with the Boulder County Planning Department to <br />coordinate the studies with the Boulder County Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />4 <br />
