The three <br />Federal agencies have the principal construction responsibilities. <br />Programs in the Missouri River Basin of the States and other Federal <br />agencies may be added in a future revision. <br /> <br />~-:... <br />~, <br />.;~~ <br />;;;1 <br />,'.:., <br /> <br />,;1 <br /> <br />::; <br /> <br />~:~] <br />1~':~ <br /> <br />The Chairman of the Missouri River States Committee realized there <br />was need for a tabulation and a map reflecting the basin development <br />program and its current status. He requested the assistance of the three <br />agencies in preparing the document. <br /> <br />....., <br />:-:;:! <br /> <br />Active developments in the program for Fiscal Year 1962 are pre- <br />sented -. each development, project, division, or unit being classified <br />according to its current status. In addition, field office projections <br />of investigations or planning activities proposed during the next six <br />fiscal years are included. The name <br />of the State appears in the upper right-hand corner of each page for <br />easy reference. Under each State, developments are classified according <br />to current status. Developments which are substantially <br />complete and which have been placed in operation.
