We have drawn, on the enclosed map, a tentative location for this -, east side road. We have earlier requested that the top soil from the Elbert forebay be stockpiled for future use during rehabilitation of the construc- tion areas. We recommend that this material be stockpiled in the small side draw just north of the proposed fore bay dam, as indicutd on the attached map.
