The raEolution and <br /> <br />the Boulder decree provide that: <br /> <br />FIRST: The first unit shall consist of all lands now <br /> <br />in the District except those lands served by ditches having <br /> <br />their headgates on Boulder Creek or its tributaries or on the <br /> <br />South Platte River above the mouth of St. Vrain Creek, all <br />of which excepted lands are supplied with project water by <br />releases through Twin Lakes Reservoir on Dry Creek. <br /> <br />The acre-foot charge for water under said first unit <br /> <br />shall be $1,50 per acre foot. <br /> <br />SECOND: The second unit shall consist of all landS <br /> <br />in the District served by ditches having their hSadgates <br /> <br />on Boulder Creek or its tributaries or on the South Platte <br /> <br />River above the mouth of St. Vrain Creek and all of which <br /> <br />lands are supplies with project water by releases through <br /> <br />TV/in Lakes Reservoir on Dry Creek. <br /> <br />The acre-foot charge for water under said second unit <br /> <br />shall be $2.00 per acre-foot. <br /> <br />-)1- <br /> <br />------~ <br />- - <br />
