They <br /> <br />argue that the project is financially infeasible, that the River <br /> <br />District can not find a market for the project's power output, <br /> <br />and that its usefulness for solving Colorado's water supply <br /> <br />problems is negligible. Though they stick to financial and hydro- <br /> <br />logic evidence in their motion, the environmental groups have <br /> <br />argued elsewhere that this project, which offers few benefits to <br /> <br />the state, would profoundly change the character of the Yampa <br /> <br />River, particularly as it flows through Dinosaur National <br /> <br />Monument. <br /> <br />***End*** <br />
