Scope is still the same as before. <br /> <br />2. It is fairly well complet ed at this date. <br /> <br />3. phase I is to be published in February or March, <br />1974. <br /> <br />4. "All federal and state agencies involved in water <br />development" have contributed data, according <br />to Mr. Fred Daubert of the CWCB staff. <br /> <br />C. Phase II: Legal and Institutional Considerations <br /> <br />1. Scope is still t he same as before. <br /> <br />a. phase II summarizes the present framework <br />of law and policy. <br /> <br />b.
