<br />PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
<br />(Yellow Jacket unit)

<br />A construction period of about 4 years would be re~uired for the
<br />Yellow Jacket unit with the work liDlited, because of climatic conditions,
<br />to the period from April through November. A camp would be necessary for
<br />the construction workers on Trappers Lake Dam and nearby features. Housing
<br />for workers on other features of the unit could be furnished in the town
<br />of Meeker, Colo., and possibly in Craig, Colo.

<br />Cost estimates
<br />
<br />The construction cost of the Yellow Jacket unit is estimated at
<br />$18,710,000 or $490 for each acre of full service land or e~uivalent. Its
<br />annual operation, maintenance, and replacement costs are expected to
<br />amount to $10~,500. Estimated costs of the unit are iteDlized below.
