"Divepsions were stopped on <br />August 12 when the streamflows below Norrie became too low to allow any <br />diversion and still meet the minimum streamflow requirements. <br /> <br />Exhibi t 5, in fi,ve parts, shows p;raphi~ally the operation of the various <br />diversion points or the collection system.
