That a list of the Stockholders present, those represented by proxy and the pru>0' holders thereof. is attached hereto. Galen Sears moved that this repJrt be accepted as read. It was seconded and carried. The report of the Assessment Committee was: "We, the Committee on Assessments. do recommend the levy Immediately of the following assessment: An assessment of $3.00 per share, payable as follows: $1.50 due April 1, 1968 and delinquent May 1, 1968; $1.50 due September 1, 1968 and de- linquent October 1, 1968. This committee recommends the passing of the following resolution: "BE IT RESOLVED, that the Stockholders authorize the Board of Directors to oorrow from the Wichita Bank for Cooperatives, or any other bank, funds necessary to take care of any major damage or emergencies on the ditches or structures of the Amity System caused by floods, or for any other reason unforeseen to us, you, the committee and the stockholders." The motion to adopt this was made by Leo Pollart. It was seconded by Hackett Smartt. The motion carried when it was voted upon. P2
