However, none of the five Upper Basin projects authorized

in ColOrado River Basin Project Act have been started. Other

Federal Projects in operation in the Upper Basih are: Weber

Basin, Weber River, Ogden River, Provo River, Strawberry Valley,

~e,'lton, I-lyrum and r-1oon Lake in Utah; Grande Valley, Umcompahgre,

Collbran, Mancos, Fruitgrowers, pine River, ~ryingpan Arkansas,
and Colorado-Big Thompson diversion project in Colorado.
