COLOR!\DO RIVER POLLUTION CONFERENCE The Environmental Protection Agency convened the seventh session of the Federal-State Conference in the matter of poll~tion of the interstace waters of the Colorado River and its tributa.rics," . in February and April 1972, ,1ith all seven basin States partici- pating.
