<br />o <br /> <br />Personnel, <br /> <br />The investigation was made under the general supervision <br /> <br />of Hydraulic Engineer E. B. Debler with Engineer F, C. Merriell <br /> <br />in direct charge of work until his resignation August 27, 1938, at <br /> <br />which time most of the field investigations were completed and a <br /> <br />large part of the report written. Completion of all work was <br /> <br />under the direction of Assistant Engineer A, F, Johnson. Field <br /> <br />work was begun by Associate Engineer G, S. Newkirk and continued <br /> <br />successively by Associate ~1gineer F, H. Nichols, Construction <br /> <br />Engineer C. A. Burns, Rnd Assistant Engineer J. J, Hedderman. <br /> <br />Geological examinations and the program of damsite foundation ex- <br /> <br />ploration were in charge of Associate Engineer M. Merriman. Water <br /> <br />,~\ <br />~~<~'! <br /> <br />Supply studies were made under the direct supervision of Hydraulic <br /> <br />Engineer E, B. Debler by Assistant Engineer L. F. Maca, Designs <br /> <br />and estimates Were made under the general supervision of Chief De- <br /> <br />signing Engineer J, L, Savage and the direct supervision of Senior <br /> <br />Engineer W.
