<br /> <br />V. AUTHORIZED PROJECTS <br /> <br />Western has identified 53 authorized projects in the Upper Basin States, as <br />shown on Tables 5 and 6, of which 20 are Participating Projects. There are <br />actually 71 separable features within these 53 projects, and 27 of the <br />71 features are related to participating projects. Estimated costs of these <br />projects that are presently unfunded total $2,910,714,000, which includes <br />$1,453,124,000 (50%) related to Participating Projects. <br /> <br />A total of 10 projects or separable features costing $132,899,000 have <br />been constructed. Twenty-six (26) projects or separable features are <br />under construction with a total estimated cost of $4,546,642,000 of which <br />$1,931,089,000 have been expended.
