The <br />criteria are subject to change upon reasonable notice and with the <br />opportunity for comment by interested parties. <br /> <br />Power is marketed first to Bureau of Reclamation pri6rity use loads, and <br />then to preference customers in the marketing area. Under the current <br />and preceding CRSP General Power Narketing Criteria, 1,324 ~'1W of availa- <br />ble long-term power were offered, by season and division, as shown on <br />Table 1. CRSP long-term contract commitments through the September 1989 <br />billing period, by State and Division, are shown on Table 2. <br /> <br />The difference between amounts offered in each season and the long-term <br />firm commitments accepted by the contractors (66 NW summer, 45 t1W winter) <br />has been marketed on a short-term basi s si nce 1978. A 3-year fi rm commit- <br />ment is proposed for the years 1986-a9 that will include these amounts. <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />
