CRSP long-term contract commitments through the September 1989 <br />billing period, by State and Division, are shown on Table 2. <br /> <br />The difference between amounts offered in each season and the long-term <br />firm commitments accepted by the contractors (66 NW summer, 45 t1W winter) <br />has been marketed on a short-term basi s si nce 1978.
