BODY OF THE STATEMENT

The envir0Tll11ental .statement will consist of the following eight
sections:

A. Description of the Proposal

A brief description of proposed action. purpose, location,
timing, and interrelationship with other projects or Pl'opo.sals.

Actions required by Federal Govermnent to inwlement the
proposals.

Information and technical data ;:iufficient to permit assess-
ment of the emtil'Orlll1"2ntal irnpa~t by com..lnefl.tin';J agen,:ies.

Normally, refer to :supporting project 01' program documents
and include a I-pwJ8 location map indicating project features.

B. Description of Ule Environment
