Change in Regular Meelitlg Dates of the Administration <br />At its meeting on March 24, 195'0, the Administration amend- <br />ed its By-Laws to provide for a change: in the dates of the regular <br />meetings of the AdministratIon from the third Tuesdays in March <br />and July to thc fourth Tuesdays in March and July of each year. <br /> <br />It. Secretary - Salary <br />(a) At the meeting of the Administration, held on March 24, <br />1950, the Administration directed its Secretary to perform the <br />functions ddegated to him under Paragraph 2 of the Rules and <br />Regulations, adopted by the Administration and which became <br />effective on April 15, 1950. <br />(b) The Administration fixed the compensation of the Secre- <br />tary in consideration of the performance of the duties imposed <br />upon him by the By-Laws and the Rules and Regulations of the <br />Administration at $100 a month. <br /> <br />12. Communications Between the Administration and the <br />Arkansas-White-Red Basins Inter-Agency Committee <br />The Chairman of the Administration on October 3, 1950, at <br />Dodge City. Kansas, and on October 5, 1950, at Pueblo, Colorado, <br />presented a statement on beha.lf of the Ark:m<:ia.s River Compa.ct <br />Administration at hearings held by the Ark,msas-\Vhitc-Rcd Basins <br />Inter-Agency Committee.
