Although I had <br />originally schedUled a separate afternoon meeting of the Regional <br />Directors and the Basin State representatives, it seems likely <br />that everyone will want to be involved for the entire day. <br />Therefore, a combined meeting of the Work Group and Basin State <br />representatives is scheduled as follows: <br /> <br />WORK GROUP <br />9:00 am - <br />August 13, <br /> <br />AND REPRESENTATIVES <br />5:00 pm <br />1991 <br /> <br />MEETING <br /> <br />Training Room B, 5th floor <br />McCarran Airport <br />Las Vegas, NV <br /> <br />I have enclosed analyses of the most recently completed CRSS <br />model studies of the Colorado River, as agreed at the July 8 Work <br />Group meeting in Phoenix. A review of the configuration for each <br />case study follows. Note the Base Case configuration differs <br />from the Base Case configuration of the studies performed for the <br />July 8 meeting. <br /> <br />COMMON STUDY CONFIGURATION - <br /> <br />All studies use, (1) the estimated January 1, 1992 <br />reservoir starting conditions as projected by the June <br />1 24-month study, (2) the 1906-1985 hydrology data base <br />extended through 1990 stochasticly, (3) a 30 year study <br />periOd, (4) the 70% surplus strategy, and (5) all 85 <br />combinations of water supply, ie., the Indexed <br />Sequential Method indexed by one year. <br /> <br />'i1"J;J 110 P , <br />
