development of industrial centers in
Fremont County through efforts to retain
existing establishments and to selected
new firms.

To ensure that capital outlay for public

in Fremont County should not become an
additional tax burden on the present tax

the needs and means for rural growth as

process and in all aspects of Government

To promote and protect the health, safety,
economy, convenience, appearance, and
general welfare of Fremont County by
guiding the overall development of the
area through the comprehensive planning
process.
