<br />The Arkansas River Compact Commission is responaible for monitor-
<br />ing the flows on the Arkansss River to insure compliance with the
<br />Arkansas River Compact.

<br />b. Monthlv Charts (end-of-month summary). The Flood
<br />Plain Management and Hydraulics Eranch, in accordance with EM
<br />1110-2-3600 and ER 1110-2-240, shall prepare a monthly reservoir
<br />regulation chart or table from information furnished by the Dam
<br />Superintendent or Project Mansger. The chart is a graphical record
<br />of reservoir operation during the month. Supplemental information
<br />on the operation of the reservoir, such S8 an explsnation of devi-
<br />ation from the approved schedule, is added as a note on the chart
<br />or as an attachment. The monthly chart is submitted to Southwest-
<br />ern Division not later than the l5th of the month following the
<br />month of preparation. The following information is required to
<br />prepare the monthly chart (end-of-month 8ummary) and covers a
<br />daily period, midnight to midnight:
<br />
<br />(1) Pool elevation and atorage.
<br />
<br />(2) The average inflow and outflow in c.f.s.
<br />
<br />(3) Precipitation and evaporation.
